checkdnsrr()

hmmm... yeah, aight, so for some reason I tried to use this little handy function (checkdnsrr) and, as you guessed it, it didn't work. It says:
checkdnsrr() is not supported in this PHP build
yeah. So I was wondering what did I do (or probably did not) and why its ain't working.

P.S. I am on winxp, php 406, apache 1320

Quoted straight from the checkdnsrr() entry in the Network Functions section of the PHP Manual:

   "checkdnsrr() is not available on windows."
