Hello everyone, our problem is that, Apache failed to start when we enable in the php.ini file, php_oci.dll and php_oracle.dll. But when these two files are disable, Apache run correctly. Help us, please....

try checking which PHP version u are using and is the DLLs compatible with the version of PHP u r using. here is works fine here
it arises when the dlls u r using is not compatible with the environment of the setup, download a fresh copy of each and install and check
