I've installed PHP4 on IIS 5 on my Win2k. When I try to retrieve a PHP file from c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ I get the "file download" prompt. The file is shown as being unassociated. Anyone able to help. I used the PHP installer on www.php.net.

First off all your IIS should have the PHP ISAPI FILTER Add new filter : Filename : php Executable : C:\php\sapi\php4isapi.dll (make sure you have installed php in c:\php) Thats about it !
same problem after installing php on a mandrake 7.1 install. any php page i try to access it comes up with "File Download" window (?)
