IIS 5 Add on INstallation

Hello. I am running Windows 2000 Professional and I am using the IIS 5 Add on which is limited to 10 connections. My question is this:

Does PHP work with this since it is not the full scale server version ?

I have installed it with no results.

Yes, PHP will run on your limited version of IIS. The connection limitation is imposed on the server itself adn does affect PHP (which runs as a server process). Of course you could always grab a copy of Apache and eliminate the connection restrictions, protect yourself from stuff like Code Red and Nimda, enjoy a much more stable and configurable server, etc........ PHP also runs better and faster on Apache.
