it stopped working

hello,
I installed PHP on Win2k workstation with PWS. Its the PHP 4.0.6 installer.

it was working, but just stopped.
HTML files work ok, php files with no PHP scripts work ok, but anything within <? php......?> doesnt work.

sorry, bit vague that.....

it doesnt display anything within the php tags.
if I call phpinfo(); i get a blank screen, if I then view source i see the php source not the html.

I have sorted it now.
didnt like cut & paste from other files.
bit of a re-jig and evrything is ok....until the next time.
