Apache doesn't bring site on the net

Hi,

I have RedHat 7.0, apache, php and mysql up and running. This pc is used as a router (2 NICS).
Everything is going swell only that nobody can see my page on the net!!

So if my ip (internet) 212.239.16.184 is then nobody can see anything at http://212.239.16.184 (The page cannot be displayed).
I CAN view it when I type it, or if I use the LAN-ip.

Is this normal?
Can anybody help me?

have you bind the apache to some interface or ip ???
