gd not working correctly

Hello,
I've (finally and seemingly) compiled gd2 and everything else necessary to use gd, and this page: http://mp3.attnspan.com/test.php suggests that gd2 is installed correctly as a dso mod, but you'll notice at the bottom of that test file that there is a fatal error call to undefined function . . .can you think of a reason for this?

It seems i have the same problem with GD.
PHP Shows the Libraries correct (phpinfo())
but it doesn´t work.
