I need a free PHP Web hosting (other than F2S because it's full) and that's all.

if u need only PHP hosting w/o any databse support then try these..two

http://www.xoasis.com(only PHP4)

http://www.spacesports.com ..never tried ..these guys also claim they have My SQL
