Problems with sessions on Apache/win2000

I get that error all the time when I user session_start(); on my pages?....

I noticed this line in the php.ini session.save_path = \tmp ; argument passed to save_handler
; in the case of files, this is the
; path where data files are stored

...so I changed it from "/tmp" to "\tmp" for windows ..asl well as changed the session.cookie_path = \

....does anyone know why they still don't work?

Just change this argument to an existing folder on your computer, such as c:/php/tmp/
(use / not )

This should work... 🙂

You can use c:\tmp also, but this directory must exist and apache have to have access to write to this directory 🙂
