I've done a search and can't find exactly what i need to know.
I've been using php for a while now, but now i need to configure xml and other "stuff" in to php. i know i have to run ./configure, but do i need to just run it with the new flags (eg --with-xml) or do i need to redo it with all the flags set. my question is configure incremental and add things to the current install.
I apologise if this is in the wrong forum or has been asked before.
