I'm using RedHat 7.2, and though i was able to install mySQL manually, i'm now having trouble running php though the rpm tells me that it's installed somewhere; but it gives me this warning: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib/php4/mysql.so' -libmysqlclient.so.10: cannot open shared object file: no such file or directory.
should i just uninstall all of php4 , ditch the rpm and do it manually? what's the best way?
