installing php_domxml.dll with IIS

hello i need a help I did uncomment from the php.ini the extension=php_domxml.dll for me to make use of XMLDOM here on my win2k server but is show some error something like this

Unable to load dynamic library 'c:/php/extensions/php_domxml.dll' - The specified module could not be found.

so can u help me fixing this problem..

Did you register the dll using regsvr32 xxx.dll

well, I've search for this DLL in my HD but didn't find it even! Can you tell where to find it?

can't find it either, i don't even have an "extensions" dir.

You need de complete PHP 4.X zip package en not the sourcecode.
