libswf help

I installed PHP4.06 & Mysql through an RPM. The installation did not leave behind a config file for PHP. Is there a way to manipulate the RPM so I can add the --with-swf=[DIR] and then reinstall. Or is there a way I can alter PHP to recongize the libswf?
