How do I prepare an Installer?

I have a setup of PHP, Apache, MySQL, Perl.

How do I prepare an installer that can install all 4 modules, place the config files at appropriate place and then change some settings in php.ini and httpd.conf according to the where the whole setup is installed?

You could take a look at NSIS (Nullsoft SuperPimp|Scriptable Install System) over at http://www.nullsoft.com/free/nsis/. It's Open Source and pretty simple to use..... but I don't know if it will let you edit config files once they're copied. HTH.
