Does anyone know a fast and reliable web hosting company? I need one with features like PHP, FTP, POP3, control panel etc.. And under $30/month.
I'm moving away from slow globalhosting.com which lost all my files. Are there any hosts wich are responsible for back-up?

I got 1000MB, PHP, CGI, A DATABASE, FTP pop3 mail, and tons more. OC3 so its fast as well.

They seem to vary the price of this package quite a bit. It varies from 19.99/month up to 79.99/month, so keep an eye on it, and you can get one hell of a deal.
