here's the deal. i want to set up my web server on my win2k pro computer so i can start to use my PHP4 n00bie book. however after ive installed IIS the Internet Services Manager and all related IIS options dont open - it doesnt crash it just does nothing! also for some bizarre reason i cannot get properties up on my drives and folders, only on files!!!
has anyone else had this? is it a permissions issue? HELP! thanks in advance
