I have been assigned to put several database on a Novell drive and am not sure what to do. I need to set up users for the databases that will have limits on not only what objects they can view/edit, but what fields they can view/edit. I know how to code this if I were using the the Security setup that is built into access, but i do not know if this will work once I move the database to the Novell drive. If I can not use the security setup from Access, then can I code my database to recognize Novells user login?
