I'm trying to install myPHPNuke... When running the install.php i'm being prompted for a database . I'dont know what to do. I don't know if I have root access and I do not know how to create a database manually..

PHPNuke requires MySQL. Ask your ISP(hosting company) if this is supported, if not, you're screwed 🙂
