How to install php with Oracle8i

Hi, I'd like to know
how to install Php 4.0.6 with Oracle 8i
which is installed on a different machine
with system Windows 2000 Advanced Server.
In particular I want to know which
parameter I've to write corresponding
to --with-oci8=$ORACLE_HOME
because ORACLE_HOME is the local path in which is installed Oracle Server.
The answer on a video is:

checking Oracle version... configure: error: Oracle-OCI8 needed libraries not found

You need to install Oracle 8i Client Library first; then configure and compile your php with oci support.
