WIN 98 Install! I NEED HELP FAST!

I am into competition and I need to get a webserver up and running with win 98 on it. I need to have PHP and MySQL on it. This is not part of the competition. Its for web programming and coding. So how do I go about doing that? I need to get it web avaliable. NOT LOCALHOST. Is there any simple thing to download to get a webserver running on it? Can anyone help me fast? I need it by tomarrow! PLEASE HELP. Thanks!

you can configure httpd.conf within apache for a host name.

ok i know i need to go to www.php.org or .net or something like that. Does anyone have the php.ini file that they could happenly get to me? I will give E-mail address. Because I cannot get my php.ini file to work. I know how to get mysql. I know how to get all the three things needed but where do I put everything I need? In the HTDOCS folder? Someone should make a installer! 🙂 Can anyone help me out?

Better explaniation is that I can install PHP I can install APACHE I can install MySQL. How do I get all three to work together? What do I need to change to get it all to work? Do I need to change the my.ini file, the php.ini file or what? If so could someone send me their's? Thanks.
