File does not exist: c:/call/_vti_inf.html

                i have met such error. 
                but i don't know what is means.i have not such files. 
                after this error,the log files write 
                Premature end of script headers: c:/php4/php.exe

Please help!!!
I have checked all my Action / sciptAlias and address lines.
I only get back the "text" after I execute the <?phpinfo()?> command.
