Php - Works on all but ONE domain :/

Does anybody know how this is possible?

All domains I am testing php under work just fine and it was installed 1.5 months ago, but now one domain simply will not accept php pages, they download instead

How is this possible and how can this be corrected? Do I check the php.ini or httpd.conf for this?
