Apache Configuration Help

Action application/x-httpd-php /php4/php.exe

As soon as I added the above statemnt into
httpd.conf I am getting 500 internal error.
What is the problem with this statement ?

I comment this and run http://localhost from my browser its displaying the default web page.

Maybe php.exe is somewhere else? Try to give the exact location like this: C:/php4/php.exe. Maybe it will work.
