I'm looking to get a hold of the latest snapshot of the php 4.2.0-dev win32 binary.
I looked in http//snaps.php.net but the wi32 directory is broken.
Can anyone point me to a place where I could find a copy or if you have built one yourself and can send it over that would be great.
I'm having issues with 4.1.1 and I read that 4.2.0 addresses my problem.
I don't have the capability currently to build it from source.
