Virtual Hosting Apache

Hey whats up? I have two domain names. I have the newest edition of Apache running so that's not a problem. I am however having trouble with it not overlapping on port 80. So what do I do? I posted my <Virtual hosting> Tags below. Can someone help?

Also you need a NameVirtualHost if they are on the same IP
