php won't create libphp4.so on AIX

Hi,

I've successfully configured and run make on php but it hasn't created the DSO file libphp4.so. My environment is AIX4.3.3.0.9 and I'm using VAC.5.0.0.2 as my compiler.
Here's my config:
./configure --enable-shared --with-openssl --without-mysql
I've also tried running this --with-apxs but to no avail.

Can anyone help out please?

I just got it all working on RH 7.1
