Scenario: Apache loaded on a Windows NT server.
I would like to run ASP on it. Can this be done. How? Is this ASP same as the one that runs on IIS.
Hence will a program written in ASP for IIS work on this Apache server?

ASP is propriatary and so is IIS. For this reason, MS has no incentive to make an Apache module for ASP. You'll need to use IIS if want to waste your time with ASP.
Search the web for a module called "chili" something. Apaches homepage is a good start point. This module is not faster then doing ASP on IIS so if you want to waste your time on ASP I would recommend you to keep IIS and switch forum for your qustions to some ASP site instead :-)
AMEN!
