I want to compile php 4.1.2 for windows and I am wondering if it is possible to compile with cygwin (so i don't have to install visual studio)
Please if you have a tip or a link to a binary of 4.1.2 let me know . . .
binaries are only for 4.1.1 at the moment and I want to have the same version as my provider who runs 4.1.2 but on debian...
