.php extension taken up

I started installing PHP on my Windows 98 computer. When I went to view my .php file it was taken up by a program called "PhotoParade". Does anyone know how to change the .php extension from photoparade to PHP?

I have similar problem (see on PHP Strange threads). To solve this problem you must uninstall a program called "PhotoParade". I'm not sure but this program may have working file with .php extension and Windows assosiate with it. Reinstall again your PHP. I suggest to use Windows install from www.php.net. Good luck!

You can also open a map. go to extra-->map options-->file types find the extension and rename which program must open it with also the pointing it to the right program.
