gd binary for php on windows

Hello!

Does anybody have a binary for using gd with the language php on a windows platform?

I have massive problems to compile the gd-lib which is available on the gd-website.

Maybe you have a "ready-to-use" bin for me!

Download the zip file from php.net. As the site states in the download section, the installer contains no additional extensions. The zip contains lots (including GD).
