I already posted this, but seems to be hopeless. I did as described on many websites, no go. some library is missing, pws says. even if no libraries are uncommented in php.ini. php works fine on my apache. perl works on pws and apache. only php on pws doesn't work. has somebody managed to add php support to pws on win98?
