ZendEncoder displays encoded data??

Hello,

I just installed newest php 4.1.2 I think. I got the ZendEncoder to go with it but when I run an encoded page, I get encoded data that is in the file and not the page itself.

IE:
Zend 2000112002186170xù Ÿ2 ¥Y¯Äâü<ßÄ¢’Ì<DV÷)¥¹¹•z‰))EÐZh†1¤åi"‚ÑÃ5R)ýÑT›ÎHÒ¦P/¢%˜,Ô“ß…

Anyone know why this is happening? My other servers (with older php/encoder) work fine.

Zend Encoder of course makes the encoded files.

My apache was looking for php.ini where it did not exist! Not sure how this happened but I moved php.ini to where it wanted it and BAM, worked.

I swear this server had a mind of its own 🙂
