PHP Mail function not operational

Hi

I have just moved a site to a new server where apache server is running my code without problems, except for the Mail(...) function.

The page produces no error message and also does not send mail.

B.T.W. The machine is administered by a third party company. I don't have root access.

Any ideas I can pass to my administrator? will be appreciated.
