Installing PHP on IIS5

I've spent the last couple of days looking around for instructions on installing PHP on IIS5. Does anyone know of any clear, step-by-step instructions on how to do this?

I've run the install for the Win2k binary of PHP, but my pages are not being parsed as PHP.
