Giving PHP access to move file.

How do you give PHP access to move a file you have uploaded into a directory? (Linux)

Should you use FTP or is it PHP which should be configured?

Well, considering that you are the owner,
you need to either:
1) chmod 755 the file

or

2) chown nobody

With pw you could probably also add nobody to your username group list, but I don't think that works... worth a try though, since that would grant PHP the ability to access your files.
