apache on Win me :: HELP PLZ ::

Hi all ..
am trying to upgrade to my php to 4.1.2 , on Win Me/Apache, am sure i had done all the steps, but after runing i got this error !
what this 31 error ?

:Syntax error on line 777 of c:/phpdev/apache/conf/httpd.conf
Cannot load c:/phpdev/php/sapi/php4apache.dll into server: (31) A device attach
:d to the system is not functioning

strange ...

when i delete php4apache.dll, and replace the old one will work good, but with php 4.0.6 !
