I've installed PEAR successfully on a WIN2K machine with Apache and PHP 4.1.2, but withe same software on a Windows 95 machine I get the error
Parse error: parse error, expecting T_STRING' orT_VARIABLE' or `'$'' in PEAR.php on line 980
Very confusing, because PEAR.php only goes up to line 795! Any suggestions?
