However, that isn't apache 2.0.35 It's the second to next earliest release, I belive. The version number is 1.3.24. It's most likely more stable.
Be sure to look in the binaries folder then win32 if you ever want to find out if they have a newer version up at that mirror website. Also, look at the date of the file and look for one that says no_src and just a .msi extension. That way you don't download the source files along with the installation file.
Just install as if it were a .exe.
