Configure problem with Payflow Pro/PHP

When I try to ./configure --with-pfpro, I get the following error:

configure: error: The pfpro extension requires version 2 or 3 of the SDK

This is strange because I have the newest version, 3.0.5. I've also copied the necessary lib files (per the php manual on php.net).

I am running on Solaris 8 and using PHP 4.1.0.
