PLEASE help me! PHP+SSL

Greets.

I am working on a project for a friend and what I am trying to do is something like this:

Take an html form and pass it (SECURELY) through a SSL to a php page that would write some kind of file to store, temporarily, info on customers and a credit card numbers.

I know I have a regular server and there is a "secure server" listed as well... like "fate.secure-server.net" or somesuch... but there is where I get left off...

Everytime I try to access something via the secure server, i get "forbidden access". I just don't know how to get this done. It's only ONE form I need to do and it's sooo frustrating... could anyone shed some light?

I have read the cURL stuff, but don't really understand how to check if it is installed on my server....

Please... any help would be great help.. even if its "you can't do THAT, you idiot!".

open the form in the secure area by redirecting to the secure area

header("Location:https://www.mysite.com/order.htm")

something like that
