How I disolved this problem? Help me!!

First, you should use
<b>$link = mysql_connect ($dbase, $duser, $dpass); </b>
so you can control if the connection was successfully ($link == true).
Second, do you inserted the wanted parameters, like $dbase, ... ?

your mysql_connect() statement is not correct. be SURE to check your syntax first, and then compare it with known good mysql_connect() statements.
