I have downloaded a skin for my trillian instant msg. this is the msg that comes up after i unzipped the file:

I may be in the wrong place to ask this question, but what can i do about this?
Is there a program i have to have on my computer to display the skin?
I apologize if i am bothering anyone.
I am not very computer savvy. Is there someplace you could direct me?
