I'll try not to draw this out but here's the info. I've purchased an helpdesk software that I loaded onto an XP Pro box. It installs apache and runs it on the box. I'm suppose to be able to go to another machine, open explorer, put in the ip address of the box and get a login page for helpdesk software. That works. If your a new user it gives you a registration page... If existing user, takes you to: "http://IP ADDRESS of server/user/user_process.php". Only problem is it can't display page. It worked briefly when I would hit back button or refresh. Now not at all. I'm just looking for some info. Been constantly on phone with tech support. Somehow I feel like I'm the "BETA TESTER". Any directions are appreciated. Danke
