I was intially using Vertical Net as webhost.
Due to their lack of support, downsizing and a mere sinking ship if you will I decided to change out hosting to PHP.
I was given simple instructions as of March 26th our site not up.
Simple? they say just upload the directory www. Well How in the world can one expect to see their site if the WWW is empty? Where are my files? I am a current user of FTP Programs and never did I imagine such lack of support. I have sent emgy emails asking for assistance. I get a money back gte if In fact dissatisfied? All I want to do is activate this? Any suggestions? I should not have to start over and re-build as this was custom creation of the web site by Palm Intl about 4 yrs ago. I have no idea of maker, file local or such...help!!!!!
