hi!
i've installed everything correctly under win2k. i've put an index.php file into the htdocs direcory which worked fine.
then i changed the document root to another directory on my hd and changed the entries in the httpd.conf and the php.ini according to that.
now i get a 403 (access denied). any suggestions?
