It works fine on my server (unix box), but I can't get it to work on my W2K laptop (it's important that I can do development work while disconnected).
I've tried absolute and relative paths. I've tried forward slashes and backslashes. I've tried modifying the include path in php.ini. I've putting the target file in different directories and the same directory. Nada. It's as if the function doesn't work.
