I've installed the newest versions of both PHP and Apache, and I've gone through this walkthough ( http://www.thickbook.com/extra/php_apachephp4_win.phtml )-- however, when I try to start Apache, the console window opens and closes quickly, and it does not display in the tray or anything.. I'm at my wits end and I have gone throught the walkthrough twice. When I try to call up the PHP info page, it says it cannot display it. I'm runnin Win98 and both of the most recent versions of PHP and Apache.
I would be greatful for ANY advice.
