PHP, IIS4, NT4 setup issues

Can you please help. My PHP guru has gone away for holidays and we hav to deploy a solution on a client's server.

We built and tested on IIS5 and win2k server with PHP4.1.2 & MySQL- all works fine.

Clients server is NT4, IIS 4 and same PHP&mysql and we keep getting:

PHP Warning: Undefined variable: employeetype in C:\InetPub\wwwroot_dynamic_site\employees\employees.php on line 263.

We have looked and relooked at the php.ini settings and do not seem to see the problem.

it seems the problem is occuring on both servers, however the level of error reporting is different. On your client's server the error reporting will include 'notices' whilst you probably have 'only errors' in your local php.ini.

this is in the section of php.ini titled 'Error handling and logging'.
