browser tries to download .php??

Hi,
I installed Apache, MySQL, PHP.
Per info in PHP for Flash, I put php4ts.dll in system folder (not system 32?) , and php.ini in Windows folder.

I used notepad to create phpinfo.php file in httdocs in Apache folder.

When I try to test it http://localhost,
I get the Apache page.

But when I type http://localhost/phpinfo.php, IE tries to download the file(!?)

(don't know what to search for)

Any help is appreciated!

Sorry, just saw a previous question like mine! ("Apache PHP Start Page question")

But I'd already made the changes in the Apache conf file, and still not working.
