windows php.ini enigma (help)

Hi everyone:

I hope somebody has got a workaroud fo this one:
-My php.ini file is in c :\windows (win98 on c: and WIn2k on D🙂, however, when I run the phpinfo() it shows "c:\winnt" a dir wich doesn´exit at all, also when I try to configure the php.ini the changes doesn´t show up in the phpinfo().
-My Apache ,Php ,Mysql setup works fine except for the session_save_path wich I´m not able to configure properly because of the enigma I wrote above.
Any help will be apreciated!
